What is different about a Wedding Taxi?

The taxi will be immaculately clean, inside and out. There will be no advertising stickers or banners of any type on the outside of the taxi. Your driver will be dressed in either semi-smart attire or formal attire, depending on which service you choose. Your driver will be courteous, helpful, and patient at all times.

What is the cost?

The cost depends on what type of Wedding Taxi you would like. Please see our Taxis & Prices page.

Are there extra fees?

No administration fees, credit card fees, or taxes will be added to price.

Is there a minimum booking?

Yes. The minimum booking depends on the type of taxi you would like and the location.  Our Taxis & Prices page will give you more information.  Or you can send us a Quotation Request form.

Can I hire one of your taxis for my wedding at normal taxi fare prices?

No. For weddings, we only supply our Wedding Taxis. We do not service weddings as a normal taxi journey.

We feel that a wedding day deserves special attention. Our wedding drivers are required to present a pristine taxi and well-groomed appearance for your special day.

A wedding taxi will always cost more than a normal taxi journey because there is more effort and commitment involved on the part of the drivers and administrative staff.

Do you service areas outside of central London? Outside the M25?

Yes. Usually, these areas will require a minimum booking of at least 2 hours, depending on the location.  Send us a Quotation Request form and we will let you know what we can do for you.

How can I keep in contact with my wedding driver during the day?

Before your wedding date, we will supply you with the name and mobile phone number of your wedding driver.  We will also supply your driver with your contact phone number. During the day, you can keep in direct contact with your driver, if need be.

Will the driver make more than one journey?

Yes. Your driver will make as many journeys as needed within the booked time. For example, your driver can go back and forth between the church and the reception venue to transport both you and your guests. Just let us know ahead of time so we know what to expect.

Will you accommodate special requests, such as taking a specific route, stopping for photos, waiting at the church before going on to the reception, etc.?

Yes. Your taxi and driver are yours for the time booked. Maybe you would like to take the scenic route rather than go through the nasty tunnels. Or maybe you would like to stop at a garden to take photos. No problem. Also, if you require, the driver will wait at the church and take you on to the reception venue.

I don’t want the White Ribbons and silk flowers. Can you leave them off?

Yes, but the price remains the same.

May I have a different colour ribbons on the front of the taxi?

We only supply the white ribbons, but you are welcome to supply your own ribbons and the driver will attach them for you.

Do I get to keep the silk flowers?

No, the silk flowers remain the property of the driver.

Can disabled passengers be provided for?

Absolutely. All of our Wedding Taxis can accommodate wheelchairs. Our Wedding Taxi drivers will give any extra assistance needed.

Are the Wedding Taxi drivers licensed London taxi drivers?

Yes. Our Wedding Taxi drivers are all licensed London taxi drivers and are fully vetted with enhanced DBS checks.

Can you supply Champagne?

We can supply Champagne in an ice bucket and plastic flutes. Let us know what you would like and we will quote you a price. (Please be aware that any soiling of the taxi will result in a £40 soiling charge.)

May we bring our own Champagne?

Yes, you may bring your own bubbly. (But please be aware that any soiling of the taxi will result in a £40 soiling charge.)

How do I pay? What is your cancellation policy?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, including American Express. We do not take cash.

Upon booking, your credit or debit card details are registered on our secure server (Sage Pay).

The balance due would then be charged to your credit or debit card 30 days before the wedding date. We will then send a receipt to you via email. No refunds are made after this time.
